I did receive a quote for marginally less money but the entire process of Take Air demonstrating what was wrong and how they would fix it sold me hard. Between pictures and showing me the issues in the furnace they educated me about the problems. Then they discussed how to remedy the problems, which requires a handful of different processes. All in all I'm very happy that I spent a few dollars more to get the highest quality service!
