Set up in 1993, MEI has evolved into a complete-service engineering service firm with a team of nearly 200 including a team of 120 engineers, consultants, surveyors, scientists and planners. We're located in South Texas and have in-house experience ready to adapt to the particular needs and procedures of each customer.
