Bob is a long-time Houstonian, who graduated from Reagan High School in 1956, The University of Texas in 1961, and The University of Texas Law School in 1964. He practiced with the company of Schlumberger, Hinsley and Westmoreland for ten years; practices now as The Hinsley Law Firm, focusing on Consumer issues. He has been a Member of the Houston Bar Association from 1964 to the present. Mr. Hinsley is a longtime Houstonian whose ancestors settled in San Felipe, Texas around 1840.
