I'm in the process of buying a house, and needed a quick but thorough inspection, and quote on the condition of the current HVAC system on a house in central Houston. These guys showed up in less than one day, did a thorough inspection (took many pictures), and offered me very competitive repair/replacement rates. Based on my experience I'd definitely use them again, and would recommend them.

The condenser fan in my AC unit went out, causing the unit to blow room temperature air and not cool the house. Anthony and Brianna provided excellent service. They were communicative, explained everything to me, were super nice, and worked fast. I don't think I could've asked for a better experience. We had to change coil on one of our conditioners. We called H-Town company and others to give us estimate. H-Town was one of the cheapest. And they we able to do the work next day! Guys were knowledgeable and did an amazing work just in a couple of hours. I'm so glad that we chose this company over others! I would recommend this company to my friends!

My technician was prompt, polite and considerate. There were four units to service and he gave me clear assessments on each of them. He also gave me an estimate for some additional work I anticipated.

They gave me the best price overall. They also saved me $800 on a new coil because they said it might still be under warranty. After calling the manufacturer, they were right. Installers were great. Kept the area under the attic clean. Mark, the manager or owner was great to deal with. I will definitely work with these guys again in the future. I even recommended them to one of my neighbors today.

Absolutely the best. My second time to use them. A large national company wanted $1,300 to do a job on my AC. As it turned out, I had H-Town come out last year to do the same job on my other unit, so I had some idea that I was being taken. When I called to see if they could look up my old invoice, not only did they tell me the price ($925.00 cheaper than the big boys), but offered to be at my house in 45 minutes to fix it! AND THEY DID IT - for nearly a thousand dollars cheaper than the fraudsters who were there earlier in the day. Major props to this business. Perhaps some of the best service I have ever received from any business in 40 years.

Highly recommend H-Town AC Repair! They respond within minutes after messaging (even at midnight!). both times I reached out in Aug 2021 and now in July 2022. Anthony and Able showed up on both occasions, on time and super friendly, helpful, and professional. Our AC went out on an evening in Aug 2021 and Anthony and Able showed up the next morning and fixed it within hours, giving us detailed explanations of what went wrong, then going to hunt for parts that morning to fix our older AC.

They then showed us how to do routine maintenance. Today, Anthony and Able came back to inspect our AC and gave us their honest opinion of what needs to be done going forward. They were early for the appointment and called to ask if that was ok! To reiterate: Incredible communication and professionalism!

Our technician Billy Garcia was extremely helpful with explaining the issues and resolving them in a timely manner. We have a newly built home and the a/c was leaking fluid through the walls, it was really frustrating so I called h-town at around 8 am and by 1 pm Billy arrived that same day. Grateful for the quick turnaround time!

There were times my Heater wasn't turning on and also needed a nice inspection. Called Htown and right away made me an appointment for next day. Anthony showed up and was respectful and even offered to removed his work boots until he entered the attic.

Dmitry showed up at 4.40pm, Very friendly guy. He put on covers for his outside shoes before he stepped onto my carpet. He had fixed my house heater in less than 30 mins. I was very impressed by his knowledgeable on residential heater. Will certainly call H Town Services again for my A/C. And request for Dmitry. Thank you so much for a job well done.

These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable around my two ACs. I had a broken coil and every other company I called wanted to charge me as if they were doing open heart surgery. these guys did the whole thing and went out of their way to work around my working hours. Also, honorable mention to Mark who does a great job answering all of my questions over the phone and quickly gained my business. One thing to "fix" would be to mark their car "H TOWN AC REPAIR" but maybe they just have not gotten around to it. Thank you all!

Lowest prices I could find. Literally $1,000-$4,000 lower than other companies offering the exact same thing. Thanks, H-Town. The AC feels great.

Despite the large number of service calls, they were able to accommodate a second-day service request at our required time. They called to warn us that they were running a little behind well in advance, and instead ended up arriving early. The service tech was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had the system up and running in nothing flat, even with going to pick up needed parts. Great job, great service, and the rate was about half of what was expected for the type of repair. Highly recommended!

It's not a wonder why this company gets great reviews. Although I did not use their services because the job fell through, they had the most competitive pricing around. They are also very professional and knowledgeable. The service tech they sent out Dimitri, showed up on time, accessed the situation and quickly presented a solution with an estimate. I will certainly use H-Town in the future.

I have worked with other AC companies and was left with the impression that they're all a bit shady and difficult to work with. I am pleased to share that H-Town AC & Heating Service is different. They performed a full residential system replacement, including ducts. Pricing was competitive and straightforward (and did not change during installation), and their team was fast, professional, clean, and easy to work with in my home, despite the fact that my house proved more difficult than I believe they expected.

Following the installation, we had an issue with our new thermostat (component failure--not H-Town's fault), and their sales person/talented technician came back the same day, taking full responsibility for resolving the issue within a few hours. After working with other AC companies in Houston, I can't recommend H-Town enough. They're doing a lot right!

Went very well. Service providers were friendly and took care to wear shoe covers while inside. Uniforms were neat and clean. Checked units thoroughly and offered great advice.

This is probably the best service company that I have used. Not only did they answer right away but also came out the same day when it was convenient for me. They were also right on time. The technician Dimitri was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He also showed me what he did and demonstrated the results. He answered all my questions and was very easy to deal with. Pricing is very fair.

I was installing a maintenance item that another company recommended during a recent checkup but wanted to upcharge by nearly 200%. I am definitely using H-Town for all my HVAC needs in the future and will recommend them to others as well.

We really lucked out with H-Town: Alex is outstanding. He was timely, friendly, and funny. He repaired so many different things in our house, even driving to Home Depot in rush hour when he didn't have enough parts (we need two toilets repaired!). He spent quite a while fixing our dishwasher even after saying he thought it would need an appliance professional, and charged us so much less than we imagine it would cost. We'll hire them again any time we need plumbing or AC work.

We had several contractors comes to our house to give us quotes. Alex was thorough, professional, and his price was the most reasonable. The work, as promised took a day and a half to complete. Alex and his friend showed up on time both days, worked hard and took good care of our home. They were both a pleasure to work with.

We live in a condo and asked that the repair person call us when he arrived so we could provided access to the building and our unit. He called as soon as he arrived so I appreciated the communication from the office to the repair person! Repair person arrived on time, went up to the roof in our condo to check our unit and sure enough it was low on freon.

He checked our unit inside our condo to verify all was well, checked the thermostat and remounted it as it was very loose (it was new and not mounted securely). We were good to go! Unfortunately freon is getting more and more costly to use and our unit is quite old and needs more frequent attention so we'll probably have to purchase a new one in the near future.

Until that time, around the clock has helped us keep this old one running! We've used them several times and have been fortunate to have knowledgeable and efficient repairmen each time. On time, competent, easy to schedule, always have needed equipment. Will use again! Not sure about the exact date of service as I'm late entering this review.

That's a great company to deal with. Highly recommended. I use them a few time and I am very happy with them. The tech that help me was Dimitri. Very professional and easy to handle. The dispatch that answer was also very nice and polite. 5 start for sure. They also very legit have 5 stars in other platforms like yelp etc Make it very reliable. The issue that I had is with heater for rental property. The fixing was included in the s call to come out. Very happy
