Development projects have included mid stream pipeline and liquids opportunities and downstream power plants. Historically, Cedars Capital and its principal developed, acquired and financed projects that utilized traditional fuels such as natural gas, coal and waste coal. However, Cedars has been focusing almost exclusively on wood fiber feedstock for pellet and power applications.
